Refund policy

We want every Joytropolis order to be exactly what you expected. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Returns

We accept returns on unopened items in their original, undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible: the item must be brand new and unopened, the return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, and proof of purchase is required. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return: opened items or items removed from original packaging, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, and final sale items. Exception: opened items that arrived defective or damaged — see below.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@joytropolis.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not ship items back without a return authorization from us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. It may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Email contact@joytropolis.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and either send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Note: Minor manufacturer imperfections on outer packaging (small dings, light shelf wear) are not considered damage for return purposes.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
