Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly to get them out the door, so changes and cancellations are only possible if your order hasn't entered fulfillment yet. Email us as soon as possible at contact@joytropolis.com and we'll do our best.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account, though, lets you track orders, save shipping addresses, and get early access to new arrivals and promotions.

Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders typically process in 2–5 business days and ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard U.S. delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. For full details, see our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

How do you pack collectibles?

We take packaging seriously — especially for mint-condition collectors. Items are wrapped in bubble and shipped in sturdy, right-sized mailers or boxes. For fragile or high-value items, we add extra padding and may double-box.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Email us within 7 days of delivery at contact@joytropolis.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We'll make it right.

My tracking says "delivered" but I don't have my package. What do I do?

Check with neighbors, your building's office, and your local post office first — most "missing" packages turn up within 24–48 hours. If it still hasn't arrived, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll help open a carrier investigation.

Products & Collectibles

Are your products authentic?

Yes — 100%, without exception. Every item sold at Joytropolis is a brand new, genuine product sourced through authorized channels. We never sell reproductions, counterfeits, or resealed merchandise. Authenticity is the foundation of our business, and we guarantee it on every order.

What kinds of products do you sell?

Joytropolis carries a growing range of collectibles and pop culture merchandise — including figures, plush, trading cards, and limited-release exclusives from a variety of beloved brands. New items are added regularly, so check back often.

What condition are your products in?

All items are brand new and in the condition we receive them from the manufacturer or distributor. Minor manufacturer imperfections on outer packaging (small dings, light shelf wear) can occur and are not considered damage.

Do you carry exclusives, chases, or hard-to-find items?

When we can get them! Retailer exclusives, chase variants, and limited-edition releases appear in our "Exclusives" section as inventory allows. Subscribe to our newsletter to get first notice when rare items hit the store.

Will you restock sold-out items?

Some items we can restock; others — especially vaulted or limited-edition releases — we cannot. Click the "Notify Me" button on a product page to get an email if it comes back in stock.

Do you buy, trade, or grade collectibles?

Not at this time. We're focused on retail.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Can I return a collectible if I opened it?

Because condition is critical for collectors, opened items or items removed from their original packaging are non-returnable unless they arrived defective or damaged. If that happens, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll take care of it.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. It may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Account & Newsletter

How do I hear about new arrivals, restocks, and special offers?

Enter your email in the newsletter signup box at the bottom of any page. Subscribers get access to special offers, exclusive incentives, and early notice on new drops and restocks. You can also follow us on Instagram and TikTok.

I forgot my password — what do I do?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and we'll email you a reset link. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also update your preferences from your account page.
